Cape Verde – ‘The New Caribbean’

Cape Verde proves again it is one of the best destinations for sun, sand and watersports, boasting sightings of Manta Rays and Humpback Whales to the south of Sal. With the turtle egg laying season approaching there are also numerous reports of turtles mating by the divers diving with the many dive centres situated in Santa Maria. Diving to the west continues with exploration of unchartered dive sites including many caves and caverns only a short distance from the top class dive site the Blue Eye- Buracona (See picture).
